- Venue Hub: The Mercure Resort Ballarat served as the event headquarters, hosting a range of activities from the initial meet-and-greet to the final gala dinner.
- Activities:
- Saturday: A public display was held at Lake Wendouree.
- Sunday: Participants took part in runs to local historic sites.
- Monday: The final day featured a drive through the Goldfields region and concluded with a Gala Dinner and awards presentation at the Mercure.
