Information: Built at Abingdon 5/10/33 as CKD for export to Australia. Early images show it was fitted with an Aspinall 2-seater body.
History: Believed to have been bought from a wrecking yard in the S.E. suburbs of Melbourne circa 1960 by Donald Clark and made ready for everyday road use. In 2005 the ownership changed to Peter Clark.
It is understood that the chassis is clearly stamped 4111 however the Guarantee plate is stamped 4112. This would appear to be another example of Lane’s lax approach to the assembly process and further examples exist among the many P-types assembled by them.
